Mystic Eleven strives to provide excellent photos for customers to browse and select through. This includes providing the best lighting as much as possible, along with a quarter with most photos as a size reference for the product. Since crystals and stones are a natural formation it does mean there will be differences in many stones beside it, differences like texture, size, shade, pattern, shape and sometimes even natural imperfections. It’s possible for stones to vary compared to in person and online, I do try my very best to disclose any information that may be important to a stones characteristics like weight, size, length, any natural imperfections and so forth. That said, I do recommend reading the descriptions of stones, especially if you plan on purchasing, as most will have important information regarding that stone. If there’s any missing information you’re interesting in knowing about, don’t hesitate to reach out.

If you are unhappy with your order I do allow returns or exchanges up to 7 days from “delivered” date. To make a return please email me at mystic.eleven@yahoo.com as soon as possible and I will gladly resolve any issue. I do require returner to ship back product (damaged or not) to continue with return, that includes the responsibility of paying for shipping label to ship back. Order must be received in a safe condition, meaning product not just thrown in the mailer/box with no wrapping and all product of what you’re returning must be received or you only get back the value of which was received. Payment will be returned same day order has shipped back and been checked.
